Karthika Day is especially meaningful in Amma’s tradition, as Karthika is Amma’s birth star. At Amritapuri, this has long been observed through the monthly Karthika Puja, traditionally held in the Kalari under the Karthika star. Amma ashrams and centres in other parts of the world also observe this day each month with puja, chanting, bhajans, and prayers.
More than just a star day, Karthika is deeply connected to Amma herself and offers devotees a beautiful opportunity to lovingly remember Amma, offer prayers, and come together in devotion.

With love and devotion, we warmly invite all devotees to join us at KL Amma Centre on Sunday, 29 March 2026, from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM, for a special Ram Navami satsang. Together, let us spend the morning in bhajans, prayer, and reflection on the life and virtues of Lord Rama. May this sacred gathering bring peace to the heart and the blessings of Lord Rama and Amma to all. For more details, please contact Sis. Saro at 012-2738004.
